- Booking amount will be air ticket amount or Train ticket + 50 % of package Cost payable
- Full amount of tour Cost is payable after confirmation of all services and 30 days before departure date of tour.
- 45 days before departure date: 20% of the cost is charged as cancellation
- 45- 30 days: 75% of the total cost is charged as cancellation
- 30 – 15 days: 85% of the total cost is charged as cancellation
- 15 – 0 days: 100% of the total cost is charged as cancellation
Minor amendments can be done before starting of the tour as per company policy and it is fully depends on case to case.
Refund will be paid to the source through which the guest has booked. Any refund will take at least 15 days to process & will be sent to you by the convenient way.
